Who We Are

Thunder Tech Solutions is a DBA of JH Labs LLC. Questions about this policy go to phillip@thundertechsolutions.co.

What We Collect

• The contact form. Your name, email address, company, website and message, plus the page you came from, your IP address and browser identifier. We store it so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation, and we email it to ourselves.
• The free local search check. Your business name, website, town, state, trade, email address and (if you give it) phone number, plus the page you came from, your IP address and browser identifier. See the section below.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, page requested, browser, time) for security and error diagnosis. They are kept for a limited period and not used for profiling.
• Site health checks. We run automated crawls of our own site to catch broken links and errors. They involve no visitor data.

The Free Local Search Check

When you ask for the free check at /free-audit/, we use what you enter to run the check and to follow up with you once about the report. The check looks up your business's public information: your Google listing, Google search results, your website and its mobile speed, and what AI assistants say about businesses like yours. To do that, only the details each lookup needs (never your email address or phone number) go to our data providers: your business name, town and trade to DataForSEO for the Google results, your website address to Google PageSpeed Insights for the speed test and, when that section is on, your town and trade to OpenAI and Perplexity for the AI assistant questions, whose answers Anthropic reads for us.

The email address gets one confirmation link, the report, and at most one follow-up from us. The IP address and browser identifier are used only to stop abuse of the free check. We keep the request and the report for 12 months, then delete them. Email phillip@thundertechsolutions.co to have yours deleted sooner.

What We Don't Do

• No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no sale or sharing of your information.
• No marketing emails unless you asked for them in your message.

Third Parties

The site is hosted on Render. Contact notifications and free-check emails are delivered through Postmark. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the process. Each acts as a processor on our behalf under its own terms.

Your Choices

Email phillip@thundertechsolutions.co and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant and deleted on request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with the date it took effect. Current version: September 2026.
