There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work. You talk to the engineer, you get an answer within 48 hours, and what we build is yours: source code, infrastructure and accounts in your name, no lock-in contract.
How We Decide What to Build
We measure first. On software projects that means writing the scope down before quoting it. On local-growth work it means recording rankings, calls and reviews before changing anything, so the report at the end of the month compares against something real.
